Hair: Ed has untamed dark brown hair that often looks black. Though he isn't a dirty person, he oftens go a day or two without a shower, leaving his hair wild. Also his helmet gives him a bit of hat hair. His hair usually has a bit of a dreaded look to it, hanging over his eyes. When he has time to wash it and style it, he brushes it out and it falls nicely, looking soft and shiny.
Eyes: Eddie has gray/blue eyes, with a hint of green mixed in with them. They are rather large, and very curious. Most of the time, they look a gray/blue color, but when he is happy they flash a bit of green. He holds a lot of wisdom, mystery and hurt in his eyes.
Height: He stands at an impressive 6'4" and a half, giving him a bit of the intimidation factor.
Body Shape: Because of Edwin's intensive training as a knight, he as a body to die for. He has a strong chiseled back, a six pack, bulky biceps and a tight butt. Even though he eats like a cow, he never seems to get a gut.
Clothing: Edwin switches his clothing choices each day. When he is around royalty or nobility he will dress up, wearing a nice pair of trousers, a white undershirt, and a blue or gray doublet. When he is relaxing he chooses to dress more like a common person, wearing a tunic, comfortable trousers and a jerkin. While he is training he wears a pair of strong cotton pants with leather trim, and thick leather tunic with a pair of reliable work boots. He really has no sense of fashion whatsoever. He would look much better with a bit of better style.
Other: Eddie lightly tanned skin, though his skin usually looks a bit darker because he is often covered in dirt. One of Edwin's nicest features are his soft, full lips. He has a good amount of scars scattered on his body. They are from his many years as a knight, in the service of his kingdom. His biggest scars are two large scars that span from the top of his shoulders to the bottom of his back. When he was a young knight he was almost killed, and escaped with his life, and those two scars.

Edwin has a deep, sexy voice. Women really enjoy it, though they may only hear it for a few moments.

Overall Personality: Eddie is the strong, silent type. He likes to keep to himself, and doesn't bother others with his own problems. Some call him a hero because he always thinks of others and put his life on the line, even if he doesn't like the person. This is why he makes such a good knight. He is courageous, and very low maintenance. He talks very little, only when spoken to.

Eddie is very afraid that he will be judged. Because he can't read, he feels unintelligent and dull. He avoids large groups of people, and avoids topics of conversation he feels he doesn't know enough about. He isn't good with jokes either. They usually go right over his head, and he embarrasses himself when he tries to tell a joke.

Edwin has never been in many relationships. He supposes this is due to a few things. One is the fact that he has no idea what to say to women. Also he has trouble getting close to people. To be in a relationship you have to open up. That is something he needs to work on.

Strengths:

\\ Edwin is a an excellent knight. Not only he a skilled fighter, he is also polite, dashing and strong. He is always on his toes, and can handle any sort of situation.
\\ He is a humanitarian. Though he is usually quiet, he always is willing to help others, whether or not a reward is involved. Edwin is a caring person and can't stand to see someone in need.
\\ Edwin is good at making things with his hands. This includes carving wood and building houses. He makes chairs and tables to earn a little extra money.
\\ He is a strong climber, and is often found up in a tree. He can also mountain climb, though he avoids anything too dangerous. Sometimes people refer to him as a monkey because he climbs just as fast as one does.
\\ Edwin is quick as the wind. He runs rather fast, and no one has really ever been able to catch him. This helps with being steathly as well.

Weaknesses:

// Eddie is sort of the silent and mysterious type. Though he is willingly to help anybody out, he usually isn't willing to carry on a conversation. When you do talk to him, he is sort of awkward and speaks softly.
// He often gets too nervous when he is in large crowds. That's why he isn't the party type. When he is around a lot of people he hides in a corner.
// Eddie is really horrible at talking to women. Sure he can say hello and be polite, but when it gets past "How are you today ma'am?", he gets toungue tied. Especially if the woman is beautiful.
// Edwin is not a very good swimmer. He can swim, but he often feels overwhelmed when he tries to swim. He sort of stays away from it all together if he can.
// Although Eddie isn't stupid, he had never learned to read very well. He can read the basics, but he usually avoids anything with extensive reading. He has never really told anyone this, he feels stupid.
// Eddie has a horrible sense of humor. He isn't good at making jokes, or understanding them.

Likes:

+ Food, food and more food. Edwin loves food, and he loves eating.
+ Eddie loves climbing. When he is up high he feels as if he is on top of the world. Also climbing helps strengthen his muscles, and teaches him discipline.
+ He really enjoys working with his hands, which is why he likes building chairs and tables as a side project. He just always wants to be doing something with his hands.
+ He loves the smell of freshly cut grass. It reminds him of his childhood and when he used to cut the grass with with his father.
+ Eddie loves women. How they look, how they smell, how they move, how they speak.
+ Watching the sunset is something Eddie must do every evening, no matter what he is in the middle of doing. He will put everything aside, sit in the middle of a field, and look up at the amazing sky. It reminds him that there is so much out there in the world.
+ His queen. Eddie respects and adores Queen Araceli, and does everything to be in her good grace. He has met her and her family many times, and enjoys the time he was graced with their presence.
+ A good pint of ale makes any bad day brighter. He isn't an alcoholic in the least, he just enjoys the taste of it.
+ Eddie likes music, especially the piano. He appreciates the music, and feels emotion in each note.
+ Being a hero. Eddie is a knight, and knights usually help, or save people. Helping people makes him feel good about himself, and this makes him believe he really does have a place in this world.

Dislikes:

- Edwin doesn't like swimming at all. He gets afraid and thinks he will drown, causing him to flail about like a fool.
- He does not like the fact that he can't read, but is too stubborn and proud to ask for help.
- The sound of a woman with a squeaky, high pitched, whiny voice, makes him want to stab himself in the eyes. He would rather listen to a dying rabbit than that.
- Eddie hates to see a woman cry. That is usually why he tries to cheer them up in a little way, even though he is shy. He may hand them a flower, or give them a compliment. This way they feel special and not down.
- Eddie rarely dislikes food, but spinach is his least favorite. When he was young his mom used to say it would make him grow big and strong. Ok, so he did grow big and strong, but he will not give credit to the disgusting stuff.
- He doesn't really ever care about being dirty, but if his armor is dirty he sort of freaks out. He has to polish it over and over to get the dirt off. A knight with dirty armor is no knight at all.
- Those who are against the queen, and the decision to unite the two kingdoms. It may not be what he would do, but the kingdom must follow their ruler.
- Edwin can't stand spoiled brats. He believes you have to work for what you have. Hard work pays off.
- Eddie doesn't like being in public without a shirt. He will take his shirt off in private, but makes sure no one is around. This is because he doesn't like people seeing his scars.
- Large crowds make Eddie nervous. He feels inferior to a lot of people, and he feels as if no one really wants to talk to him anyways.

Habits:

* Edwin alays picks the dirt out of his nails with a small dagger. Dangerous, yes, and also sort of unsanitary!
* Eddie has a habit of climbing up into a tree and not letting people know of his presence right off. The end result of this is him scaring the life out of people who wander below him.
* Eddie eats incredibly fast, even if he is sitting down at a polite dinner. He is used to not having much time to eat, or it getting taken away. At the same time, eating fast makes him full faster.

Favorite Color: If Eddie had to choose he would choose silver. This is only because it is the color of his armor. Shiny, strong and magnificent.
Favorite Food: Edwin isn't picky at all. He loves eating. He would eat all day if he could. His favorite foods are steak (though he rarely has it) baked potatoes, chocolate pie and a nice mug of ale.
Least Favorite Food: He hates spinach and mushrooms. Probably a few of the only things he doesn't want to eat.

Sexuality: Edwin is the epitamy of a straight man, though he won't dislike you if you are homosexual. He just could never imagine himself even being attracted to a man.
Loves:

>> A woman who cooks for him. Though Eddie doesn't mind making his own food, he likes it much better if someone else cooks it for him. Especially if that cook is a gorgeous woman. Nothing sexier.

Hates:

<< Edwin doesn't really like when a woman touches the scars on his back. He only dislikes it because it reminds him of that horrible time.
<< Eddie hates when a woman has a high, squeaky voice. It's the worst sound in the world, and every word they say makes him cringe.

Alliance: Because Edwin is a knight, he is completely loyal to Witropa. He will follow Queen Araceli to the end, and he lives to protect her family. He believes the decision to join the two kingdom may be risky, but could be the best idea in the end.
Family:
Terrence Sterling:(father) Terrence is Edwin's father, who has been sick for many years. He used to be a knight himself, but was plagued with a horrible disease when he travelled to another land. Terrence is a kind hearted man, who loves his children more than the world. Edwin hopes to find a cure for his father, until then he makes sure the best doctors and healers visit him. Terrence has black hair witrh flecks of gray mixed in, and the same gray/blue eyes as his son.
Eleanore Sterling (mother): Eleanore is Edwin's mother, who is a feisty, fun woman. Though she is in her 50's, she still has the fire of a teenager. She is very proud of her son, and loves the man he has turned out to be. She currently works as a waitress at a small restuarant. She is a short little woman, with chubby cheeks, a round shape, and short brown hair.
Abigail Sterling (sister): Abigail, 16, is Edwin's younger sister. At her young age she has many suitors, and Edwin is worried about her well being. He usually scares most of them off which Abi hates. She resents her brother and his loyalty to the kingdom. She can't wait until she can run away from Lorelle. With her long brown hair, thin frame and soft gray eyes, she is a lovely young lady.
History: When Terrence was 16 years old, he was courting a young woman named Olivia. Olivia was from a wealthy family, and they seemed like the perfect couple. One day Olivia introduced Terrence to her best friend Eleanore. The two didn't exactly get along, but they pretended to for Olivia's sake.

A few years later, Olivia told Eleanore about this man named Henry that she had met. She said she would never cheat on Terrence, but that Henry was more handsome and more romantic. Eleanore didn't know what to do, until she heard Terrence propose to Olivia. She screamed NO, and lunged at the poor young man, knocking the ring away. She explained to Terrence that Olivia was in love with another man. He couldn't believe her at first, but he did hold off on asking Olivia to marry him again. Eleanore realized the reason she cared so much about the situation. She had a crush on Terrence!

It took Eleanores a week to get up the courage to tell Terrence she loved him. After she did, he laughed in her face. Not out of cruelty though. He too had been feeling something for the spunky young woman. They decided on marrying instantly.

Their first son, Edwin was a blessing. They were worried that Eleanore couldn't have children. Because they didn't have much money, Terrence worked for the military as a knight to earn extra money. He spent little time at home, until Edwin grew old enough to stay at home by himself. Eleanore got a job as well, and the family spent more time together.

Then Abi was born. She was a blessing and a curse. Two children cost a good amount of money. Edwin, being the honorable little boy he was, did little odd jobs to earn extra money. He started to admire his father, and asked him to train. Terrence didn't see the harm in it.

Edwin became a knight of Queen Araceli's army when he was 18 years old. He respected the queen and wanted to protect his kingdom. He was a hard worker, and a great knight. He only had one experience that really scared him. A man was tryng to enter the castle unannounced and sabotage the queen. Edwin attempted to stop him, and a long, painful fight ensued between the two. The man nearly killed Edwin, slicing him deeply two times in the back. Edwin passed out, and thankfully was found soon after by a healer.

Recently, Edwin his slightly nervous about the intermarraige of the two kingdoms. He trusts the queen, but wonders what will happen after the two are wed.
