A daughter from the future, a son from the past. The Winchester family is growing and shrinking at the same time. A brother distraught, disappearing. The world is changing for a particular hunter. Changing for the better? Or changing badly? The only way Dean Winchester can know is to go forward and try to keep his ever-expanding family in one piece while pushing back his nightmares. An old friend and a fake psychic discovered his number while he was in town. How did that happen? He was not exactly sure, but the gang has a big problem that the Santa Barbara Police Department does not seem to be able to handle. At least, for the moment, the brothers are in town, and they can perhaps assist the pseudo-brothers in their predicament. For now, Sam Winchester can do some good.
