If you check out the Weather Channel or online, you'll find that Hurricane Ike is hitting the Gulf coast, specifically the Texas coast. Well, I live about a half an hour to one hour north of Houston, so I'm probably not going to have power for a while. Not to mention the fact that I'm developing the symptoms of meningitis, which can be lethal, and I have no money to get treated or any knowledge of where a treatment center is. On top of that, I have a couple of exams next week and all of my due work is from the online program, so in the few powered hours I have I'll be on that busting my ass. So...whatever.
I'm screwed.
I may be out of the loop for a few days, but don't give up hope on me...unless I don't come back in a week - by then I've probably died from meningitis.
