One Year Gone...
A year has passed at Terra Incognita Academy and old seventh years have moved on to make their way as adults in a world run by the Rebel administration. But discontent with the administration is growing, alliances have been formed, and with the help of alumni and professors even students at TIA are beginning to take opposing sides.
The Year 2300
Autumn. The leaves in the trees are beginning to change color and fall, and students are beginning to return to Terra Incognita Academy to continue their wizarding education

Terra Incognita Instant Messenger is the online instant messenger that students can use to communicate with each other from their dormitories. The system is run on a completely magical basis in a wild attempt to recreate the Muggle technology. This is a chatroom for all current students and teachers. The SettingTIA lies, unplottable somewhere in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. Being surrounded by the harsh, steel gray ocean, temperatures are normally fairly cold--especially in the winter time. There is always at least a little bit of moisture in the air, but bouts of clear, cold weather have also been known to occur. Occasional summer days can be fiercly warm. The StudentsUpon the creation of Terra Incognita, many parents transferred their students from their previous schools with the hope that TIA would provide a more well rounded education. (The professors being hired from various different schools.) Other parents transferred their students with the hope that the multi-racial school would help in promoting European peace. As the school gained reputation, more and more families chose Terra Incognita as the most suitable place of education for their children. The SchoolTerra Incognita accepts students of all bloodlines, species, gender, and nationality. The most prestigious of schools promoting fairness equality, TIA teaches a wide range of students and makes arrangements even for the minorities. Primarily the Academy teaches magical persons but since the take over of The Rebels and the assignment of Alec Lerwick as Headmaster, the Academy has opened it's doors to non-magical persons.
The use of the word 'Mudblood' or any such words is a highly punishable offence at Terra Incognita.
At Terra Incognita, magical persons study Ordinary Wizarding Levels (OWLs) in years 1 to 5, and Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests (NEWTs) in years 6 and 7; while non-magical persons study Regular Academic Tests (RATs) in years 1 to 5, and Super Terrific Ordinary Academic Tests (STOATs) in years 6 and 7. An asterisk (*) negates a lesson which is compulsory for students in years 1 through 5. At the end of their fifth year the student may select any six subjects to study for their NEWT's/STOAT's.
Some lessons are available to both magical and non-magical persons. This is because the lesson involves no wandwork or actual magic and so is compatable with a non-magical person.
Note: Lessons will not actually be played out. Your character will be "taking" certain classes and classes should be mentioned, but teachers will not be conducting them.
