Want to help TCos get its own forum, complete with image galleries, wiki, articles, info databases, and more? Then we need your help!

So the $100 goal has so far been met-- but I'll be leaving the donation link up until the move because as far as hosting goes, you really can't have enough funds saved up for that sort of thing. Thanks to everyone who contributes!

Just for fun, I asked my Twitter and Facebook friends to help me come up with some tire companies/brands that may exist on Cybertron. I needed them mostly for Breakdown's own tires (thinking I was gonna put a Decepticon symbol there since they don't actually exist on his body at all), but they are open to be used for others' rigs as well!
  • Firestar Tires
  • Round Town Tires
  • Mech-elin Tires (like Michelin)
  • Dominion Tires
  • Space-Bridgestrone Tires
  • Decepticon Alliance Tire Co. (play on Alliance Tire Co.)
  • Badyear Tires
  • Goodvorn
  • Roadgripper
  • RoadRipper
  • RoadKings
  • Argus Tires (greek being with 100 eyes)
  • Destron Radial
  • Roadhugger
  • Formula Roller Force
  • Road Pig
  • Cybertronian Radials
More added!
  • Swindleco
  • Sumirobo (Sumitobo)
  • Spannerstone (Bridgestone)
  • Witwicky
  • G.B. Blackrock

I really, really like Argus for Breakdown, with Mechelin being a good choice across multiple costumes.

However, given that Argus is a fairly commonly used name for various products etc, and it was the second part of the giant's name (Argus Panoptes) which meant many-eyed (as in panopticon), maybe use something which plays on that part of the name?

Could you put together "Pan-op" in the same font etc as Dunlop?

On a tangent, anyone building a very toyetic costume might want to use "Toy" as a variant of Toyo Tires...

Since you made reference to Argus and apparently really like the idea, mind explaining to me why you and another person really liked/suggested the ideas? xD
I'm utterly lost on the reference ...

I was gonna do Destron Radials or Stuntron Radials, making reference to Japanese, of course.

Though, might do Argus or that "Pan-op" Tires idea you had, if I can figure out the reference. XD
