Kim sighed, wishing she had signal so she could call Ryan or something. Leaning against the wall she looked around, for anything they could possibly use that could be of some help. "There isn't anything in here.." She said. Maybe just a wooden table and some chairs. She leaned her head against the cold wall to think.
"Did it say on the web of how long these sedatives last?" Kim asked looking over to him. "I didn't look for it, I should have so we could have an idea of when to actually plan something." She said as she moved around. "Maybe if we try standing up, it'll make it wear off cause sitting here won't help." She said, as she let out a sigh.
Then there was a beep and she took out her cellphone, the signal was back. "I have signal!" Kim said Zac as she flipped open her cellphone and quickly dialed Ryan's number. "Pick up Ryan.." Kim said quietly, to herself. Hoping he'd pick up.

"He doesn't want us to get out of here. Why would he leave behind anything we can really use as a weapon?" Zac replied when Kim has mentioned that there wasn't anything in the room, while it wasn't really a question it somehow managed to sound like one. All that was in the room was an old wooden table and some chairs, one of which where broken. But really, while they might be somewhat of a weapon; think about it -- A broken piece of wood VS. a gun? Hmmm... guess who would win?
"I didn't really think to look..." he started, sighing heavily when Kim asked if the web had said how long these sedative lasted. "... Not like we really had any intension of being some psycho serial killers next victims." he stated simply, almost as if it was a some kind of sick-twisted joke when it clearly wasn't.
I wonder how hard it'd be to break down that door... He thought, eyes focused on the wooden door across the room. Yeah, but even if the door was possible it open, it'd pretty much be a death wish if they didn't have a good enough plan. Remembering that when Morganson entered the room earlier, the door opened out toward the hallway (or whatever what on the other side of that door), meaning with enough force it wasn't impossible for him to be able to break the door down -- after all, it didn't look like it was the strongest door to begin with... unless Morganson reinforced it from the outside. This might work... he thought, starting to form a plan to get them out of there. Only one major problem, the sedatives where not completely worn off and one mistake from clouded judgement could end with them both dead.
He was about to say something when Kim had announced that her cell phone suddenly had a signal. Thank God. "Hurry up and call someone before the signal dies or Morganson notices..." he said, and nodded toward the video camera mounted to the ceiling in the corner that Wesley Morganson had pointed out to them earlier. We might actually survive this after all... he thought, watching as Kim quickly dialed Ryan Duquette's phone number and waited for the CSI to answer the phone...

"Good point." Kim said as she looked over to him when he mentioned the reason Wesley wouldn't leave behind any weapons. Kim stared at the chairs and tables an began to think in her head, wondering if it would be of any good use. Maybe once they sedatives wore down a bit more they could try to do something. A sigh escaped her. "We good try and use those, but then he has a gun.." Kim said. Maybe one of them cold distract Morganson while the other attacks, or mabe not.
"I'm just asking..." Kim replied to Zac when he said they had no intesnion of being the next victims. It sounded like sarcasm from Zac so Kim stayed quiet and sighed. "We should've payed more attention to the details.." Kim said letting out asof sig.
Kim stared at the door. "Maybe we can open the door.." She finally said after thinking about it. "Then again it could be a bad idea..we need to try and do something..or at least think..." She said, shaking her head as she leaned against the door. Her stomach still bleeding bit by bit, her breathing going a little slower.
[Read "whatever it takes" for phone convo]
After having the convo with Michelle, the phone died and she closed it. "Michelle answered, so I told her, I hope Ryan can find us.." Kim said. "Damn phone.." She said putting it inside her pocket. Ryan...please find us.. Then she felt a vibration and she took out the phone, there was 1 bar of service and very low battery so instead of calling she decided to text Ryan. It said: Ryan...I love you so much, and if I don't make it...well...just know you are the most important person, ever in my life and the peson I love more than anything...I love you so much.. Then she sent it, and the phone went out of service again so she put it in her pocket. "We have to do something..." Kim teared up when typing the message and she couldn't just sit here. She had to do something, she didn't want to die. She wanted to see Ryan so badly.
Eyes closed as she took deep breathes to eaze the pain and put pressure to help stop the bleeding but it continued, very little bit. Kim's eyes squinted as she sat there, quietly rying to forget the pain, breathing normal now. Ryan...I want to see you so much

"I know... it's not you. I'm sorry..." he replied when Kim said 'I was just asking...' after his sarcastic comeback to her earlier question. "...This is just... insane, you know? It wasn't supposed to go like this...." he shrugged, staring blankly at the wall in the room. We're going to die, and there's nothing I can do about it...
He slowly nodded in agreement when Kim mentioned trying to open that door. Funny thing was, he was thinking the same thing right then. "Yeah... but that door might be our only way out of here right now. We just have to have to make sure we think out a plan carefully before trying anything..." he commented, it seemed like the sedative was wearing off a very little bit... thankfully.
He silently listened to Kim's side of the conversation before she commented that the cell phone had died again. "Yeah, but think about it, Kim. Even if Ryan does know who Morganson is, it's not going to mean he'll be able to find this place..." he said, truthfully.
"We have to do something..."
"I know..." But what? He noticed that Kim seemed in pain; most likely from the bleeding wound on her stomach -- and that she was tearing up when she wrote whatever it said in that text message she had wrote just moment before. "It'll be alright. We'll think of something...We're gonna get out here, Morganson is going to get locked up like the animal he is, and your going to go about your life with Ryan... everything will work out" he quietly told her, trying to make her actually believe that words that he didn't even believe himself. That's all nice to say, but how the hell are we supposed to get out of here alive?

"It's okay, and yeah everything right now is so insane." Kim said shaking her head. "My whole life since I moved here has veen insane, but Ryan makes my life like heaven. So peaceful and perfect." Kim said sighing."Sometimes things tkae a turn for the worse and we won't know it till it happens." Kim said laning against the wall as she sighed once more. "It happens in life, we just have to counter it."
"That door IS the only way out." Kim replied. "But Morganson can have other people watching us, maybe have cameras in here, who knows.." Kim said sighing. "Maybe..if I act hurt he will come in here, I can disract him and you can attack, it may be our only shot." She said. Even if i get hurt...at least it's something...
Kim looked over to Zac after the convo. "Try to be positive right now Zac. Ryan is great, I know he will find us, he will." Kim said, frownin, hoping that was true. "He will, I know Ryan and he will never ever give up. Trust me, he'll find us. Just be positive." Kim said sighing sadly.
Kim looked to Zac when he said that everything would be okay, she has been hearing that ever since she has moved to Vegas. "It's interesting...everytime someting bad happens and someone says it will be okay, it ends up that way for a while but gets bad again later." She said. "I want to get on with my life, with Ryan but everytime we try, something happens.I love him so much and if we get out, I want to immediatley marry him. I really do..I want to marry him.." She said, breathing a bit hard from the pain.
Smirking, she took out her phone and opened it seeing low battery, but she had to tell him. Smiling, she typed:'When I get out of this and when we make it through, I want to marry you Ryan, I love you more than anything andI want to be your wife. I want to hea ou said 'I do' soI can say it to. I want to marry you Ryan, I love you' After, she hit send and closed it, tearing up again. "Oh god...it hurts..."She said leaning over, in pain.

Zac nodded slowly in agreement when Kim said that the door was the only way out but Morganson would have other people watching them and that he might have a camera on them. "We already know that he has a camera in here," he commented, pointing over to the camera mounted on the ceiling in the corner. Then she talked about a plan about her acting injured so that Morganson would come in there. "Yeah... but that's pretty risky. I mean, you already are injured, right? I don't want you getting hurt any more..." he asked, talking about the wound on her stomach. "But yeah, your right... that might be our only way out of here," he admitted, trying to think of another idea but everything was just as risky for both of them.
Yeah, but that doesn't mean that he'll actually be able to find us. "We don't even know where the hell we are, I'm not so sure he'll be able to figure it out." he sighed, Stop being so damn negative! "... I don't really know Ryan all that well, but I can tell you that he loves you and I'm sure he'll do everything possible to find you..." he smiled somewhat, hoping to make Kim feel a bit better.
"Yeah, your right. People really like saying that when things get bad, don't they?" he commented when Kim talked about how people always tell her that 'everything will be okay'. He was about to tell her something else when she started talking about Ryan again and how if they got out of there she wanted to marry Ryan. "If we get out of here, I'm sure he'll be happy to do that." he commented, unsure of what to say to her really, but hoping to atleast reassure her or make her feel a little bit better given the situation.
While Kim typed something else on her cell phone, Zac turned his attention back to trying to think of another way of getting out of there without having to possibly injure Kim worse, last thing they needed was for her to get hurt even worse then she already seemed to be. He looked back over at her again when she said something about being in pain, and it wasn't hard to tell that she appeared to be in a lot of pain. "Your not okay... what happened?" he finally asked, knowing that the last three times he asked her she won't say and he was starting to worry about her.
She needed to get to the hospital and they needed to get out of there. Time to come up with some kind of plan to get out of here. Quickly.

Kim looked up at the ceiling, looking at the camera. "They can see us but they can' hear us." Kim said as she looked over to Zac. Kim continued to think of something, most ideas are risky but they need something to do so they could either escape or buy time for Ryan so he could find them. "Exactly" Kim replied when Zac said she ws already injured. "I'm already injured so I can fake it or get more injured." A sigh escaped her. "Listen, I'm already injured, there is no point in it for you geting injured, otherwise we will not make it. One of us has to do something...and as you can see.." Kim said looking down to the small amount of blood on her hands. "I don't think I can.."
"Ryan will figure it out! I know it, he's the best at that Lab." Kim said, looking away. "He does everything he can, and won't stop till he finises the case and such" Then she smiled when Zac said that Ryan really loved her and would do anything to find her. "Yeah, he will. I'd do the same for him.." Kim replied with smile.
Kim appreciated how Zac was trying to make her better but it was kind of hard. Kim looked to Zac when he said she isn't okay. She sighed. "Remember when Wesley stabbed me?" Kim asked, touching her stomach. "I've been having problems with the wound and it has been bleeding bit by bit, he stress and injuries are starting to re-open it..." She said, softly.
Then she felt a vibration and opened her cellphone. 'I love you too and I want to marry you as soon as this is over. And I'll do everything to make sure that happens. I love you and I'll see you soon' Kim's eyes began to water and she closed her phone, pictures of Ryan popping into her head, tears dropping. "We have tp get out of here! I'm not dieing here! We aren't dieing here!" She said, wiping her eyes. "Zac, we need to do something! Now!" Kim said, trying to stand up, drops of blood hitting the ground.

All Zac could right now was that they needed to think of some way to get out of here... and fast. "Yeah..." he mumbled when she mentioned that Wesley could see them because of the camera but couldn't hear them -- right now that was about the only good thing they had going for them at the moment. Wesley wouldn't be able to hear what they where saying, so they might actually be able to come up with a good plan about how to get the hell out of here.
He sighed, wanting to protest more against Kim's idea but deciding that maybe her idea was their only chance of getting out of this alive -- he was just worried that she would end up getting hurt even worse then she already was, "If you could get him to come in here and distract him long enough I could probably figure out a way to knock him enough for us to try to get out of here..." his voice trailed off as he looked around the room in hopes of finding some kind of weapon he could use but coming up with nothing besides the wooden chair in the corner but that wasn't exactly a very good in the form of a 'weapon'.
Yeah, if there's even enough evidence for him to figure out where we are... we don't even know where we are... he thought when Kim said that Ryan would find them. "No offence to you or Ryan, but I don't think I can just wait around until ether Ryan finds us or Morganson decides to kill us. We have to figure a way out of here... and fast," he sighed, looking over at the door across the room that right now would have been their only escape path.
"Yeah... but that was atleast three years ago," he commented when she said something about the old wound from when Wesley Morganson had stabbed her years ago in New York. "That's... not good," he said, even more worried for his friend when she explained that the wound was starting to reopen from stress and other injuries.
Zac stayed quiet when Kim stared at whatever the new text message was, most likely from Ryan. But whatever it said was enough to make her decide that they needed to get out of there right now. "I know that. But we still don't even have a useable plan..." he started to tell her, and then she tried to stand up but didn't seem to be to steady on her feet and the way she was bleeding was enough to worry him, "Hold on, we'll figure something out. Your bleeding pretty bad. Just... relax for a second, okay?" he told her, carefully standing up and gently grabbed her arm so that he could help her stand up without worrying about her falling or something -- last thing they needed right now was for her to injure herself worse then she already was.

Kim continued to think of a way for them to get out because they really needed to, they couldn't die, they couldn't let Wesley kill them, they needed to get out and soon. Sighing, she looked over to Zac and then looked around for anything that could possibly help, but it didn't look like anything was there but then she saw a brown wooden chair, that might be able to help. Anything could help right now, and they needed something.
The only idea she could think of was to play hurt and get him in here so Zac could go into action and possibly get them out. "That's why I can act hurt, it might be the only way to get him in here," She said nodding. "Look," She said, pointing. "There is a small wooden chair, maybe we can get that and act like I'm hurt so I have to sit on it, but I could maybe fall off on purpose and act like I'm seizing, or any way I can act hurt," She said, it was the only thing they had right now and might be the only way to get out. "It may be the only way Zac, we might not have long to think," She said looking over at him.
Kim sighed when Zac said he can't sit around and wait for Ryan, and it was true, they couldn't. There wasn't much evidence that could lead Ryan to their location anyway, they didn't even know themselves where they were at. "Yeah, which is why we should go with the plan I thought of," She said. "Yeah, it was at least 3 years ago and I don't know why it's re-opening but it is.." She said looking down at the blood, putting pressure on it. "Maybe it's the stress or some injuries I've gotten recently," She said, but she didn't want to think of that right now, she wanted to get out of here.
"Our useable plan will be the one I thought of," She said, holding onto him as she stood up. "I can't relax, we can't relax. We don't have time to. We will have time when we get out and I'll be able to relax once I see Ryan, and I'm going to see him," Sharon said with confidence, leaning against the wall, putting pressure on her stomach. "Go get the chair Zac," She said, breathing a little hard, trying to ignore the pain. She just prayed this plan would work so they could get out of here. "Once he comes in here you grab that chair and hit him, and we'll run to the exit, if that is the exit," She said, looking towards the doorway where Morganson has came in and out of.Please let this work...

It was simple. If they didn't figure out a way to get out of here, and fast, they where going to die. Wesley was going to come in here and kill them both. Zac didn't want to die, and surely not at the hands of that psychopath. I'm not dying here. We're not dying here. he tried to mentally reassure himself, silently praying that that was true. And sitting here looking around surely was not going to make that happen, the longer they sat in this room trying to think of something, the higher the risk of Morganson killing them.
"Kim..." Zac started to once again protest with her plan about acting hurt to get Morganson in there and then leave the rest up to Zac to take the guy down. And as much as he disliked the plan and was worried that Kim would get hurt even worse, they didn't have much of a choice right now. "Okay," he slowly nodded when she told him her plan, "Your right. It's the only useable plan we got right now... just... be careful," he finally agreed when she told him that it may be the only way and that they might not have long to think.
This seriously sucked. They where trapped by a psychopath serial killer that was just trying to torment them before finally killing them, but there wasn't even enough evidence to lead the police or crime scene investigation to them since they didn't even have a damn clue where they where right now. Wonderful, just fucking wonderful. "I know, we are. I just need a minute to figure out how I'm going to go about taking Morganson out since we know he's gonna have a gun and I still feel 'out of it' from the drugs..." he told her, trying to think of how he was going to take the serial killer out without getting himself shot... or worse... in the meantime. The fact that they had major drugs pumped into his system didn't help that situation much.
Looking over at her again when she talked about the stab wound that was reopening after three years. That's not good. "Stress alone wouldn't do that..." he quietly said, knowing that it normally took more then just stress to reopen an three year old wound. And it would have had to be some pretty nasty injuries to do that, but he really wasn't going to ask questions about that right now. They really didn't have time to think about it, they would worry about that once they got out of here. If they got out of here.
Zac forced himself to stand up, helping Kim up in the mean time, only to stop for a second when it felt like the room was spinning thanks to the goddamn drugs they pumped into his system. Perfect. "Alright. We're going to get out of here," he confidently told her, wondering who he was trying to reassure more -- her or himself. "Alright..." he glanced over at the camera for a second before walking across the room and grabbing the chair. Rerunning the plan in his head -- Wesley comes in to see what the hell they where up to and he was going to hit him over the head with the chair and hopefully knock him out. Please let this work.
Wesley Morganson glared at the computer screen that was hooked up to the camera in the room where the two FBI agents where. "What the hell are they doing?" he asked himself when he'd seen them stand up and Zac Villanova grab the chair. Oh, he should have known that this was going to be fun. Two FBI agents where sure to put up more of a planned-out fight then any of his other victims. Grabbing the gun, he checked if it was loaded before walking into to the dead bolted door and unlocking it, walking inside the room, closing the door behind him but not locking it. "What are you two idiots doing?" he growled before glancing over to Zac, "Are you serious? A wooden chair vs a gun, who do you think's gonna win? You'll be dead before you even have a chance to make a move," he told him with a smirk, lifting the gun and pointing it at him.
Show time. Zac unsurely watched as Morganson unlocked the door and walked into the room. And then the guy noticed the chair and seemed to figured that that was what Zac was planning to use as a weapon, "Whoa, whoa, put the gun down. I wasn't doing anything..." he lied, dropping the chair when the serial killer pointed the gun at him and threatened to shoot, "I was just... uh... going to give it to Kim to sit now... she's hurt and sitting on the cement floor wasn't helping," he partly lied, taking a step away from the chair and holding up his hands as if in a surrender. Only, that was part of his plan. "Come on, man, the girl's hurt. She needs medical attention..." he said, hoping that Morganson would turn his attention to Kim for just a moment. What? He surely wasn't giving up, of course he had a plan.
Wesley glanced over at Kim and noticed the blood coming from a wound on her stomach, "Fine," he finally said, lowering the gun but not taking his attention off Zac just yet, trying to reassure himself that the kid wasn't going to try anything, "I'm going to go check on blondie over there, but you try anything, anything at all, and I'll put a bullet in your head. And I got a feeling that's not something your friend would want to see, now is it?" he said, pausing for a second to see what the FBI agent was going to do. "Right. You win, I'm not doing anything. I just wanted to get Kim some help with that wound," Zac replied, still trying to figure out how he planned to make his move without Morganson noticing until it was to late. "Whatever you say. Just don't test me, because I wouldn't be the slightest bit fazed if you where dead. Kimmy might be though," Wesley told him with another smirk before walking over towards Kim... And that's when Zac used that moment to get Kim's attention long enough to silently mouth the words "Your getting out of here," before saying a silent prayer that this plan was going to work and he wasn't going to end up dead because of this plan. Noone's dying. We're where going to get out of here... he tried to tell himself before bracing himself for his next move... {{ Wow. Long post. I just got kind of into that one, lol. But I'm going to stop there before I give it all away in one post. }}

"Please Zac...don't protest agains't this..." Kim told him when he said her name after she explained the plan and all. "If we don't do something soon...we might never get out." She said, looking at him before down at her stomach. "Me be careful? I'm always careful. You're the one that'll need to be careful..." Kim told him with a concerned tone. "I just hope this works..." She mumbled, sighing as she leaned her head back against the wall, thinking of Ryan again. Why did this have to happen? They were trapped in a place that they had no idea where it was. Other agents or officers couldn't come because there was hardly any evidence to tell them where Kim and Zac was, this realy sucked. One of Kim's worst fear: being kidnapped but her biggest fear was never seeing Ryan again. "Yeah, I hope he doesn't catch on to our plan. He's smart to have that crime scene set up for us. But as soon as I get his attention, make your move fast..." She said, sighing a little as she looked in the direction of the camera. Alright Wesley. It's either we're going to die or you're going to be arrested and I can assure you, it won't be the first one. Kim thought with confidence before looking over at Zac. Kim held onto Ryan as he helped her stand up, she held onto him to keep her balance since it felt like the room was spinning and she was about to fall. "Ow..." She mumbled, before leaning back against the wall for balance. My stomach is in so much pain...I hope we can do this... Kim thought, looking over at Zac watching as he walked over to the camera and grabbed the chair. "Okay Wesley...come in..." Kim mumbled, looking up at the camera before looking back at Zac. And that's what happened. Wesley came in...holding his gun...and looked at Zac, telling him to pit down the chair. But zac being the good liar that he is, convinced him that it was for her since her wound was re-opening and stuff. "Please...sitting on the cement floor feels as if it's making it worse..." She said to Wesley, putting a hand on her stomach, hoping he'd notice the blood. Did he just call me blondie? Jackass. Kim thought, glaring at him as he came over to her. Kim stayed leaning against the wall and watched as Morganson examined her a little, while talking to Zac as well. Did he just call me Kimmy!? No! He can't call me that. She thought, only liking it when Ryan called her that. Ryan.. She thought. "Look, please don't call me Kimmy, alright?" She asked him. "Oh I forgot. Only Ryan can, huh?" He asked with a chuckle. How does he know about Ryan!? "See, I like studying about my victims first and I get sources...I learned about you and Ryan mostly from Lee..." He told her, smiling. Lee was apart of this!? No he couldn't be... Kim thought, watching as he began to examine her wound. "Hey...isn't this the wound I gave you 3 years ago back in New York?" He asked, remembering when he did that to her, feeling a bit proud. Kim stayed quiet when he brought that up. She felt so horrible when he brought that up since she was...pregnant at that time he stabbed her. "Leave me alone..." Kim angrily yet calmly told him, growling a little, wanting to hit him but it'd probably make things worse.
"Aw..don't be like that. " He told her chuckling. Kim glared at him and looked over at Zac, wanting him to knock his bastard out already because she was about to hit him herself. "I don't want your help..." She told him, looking away from him. "Why can't you just let us go?" He asked. "Why? you wanna see Ryan that badly?" He asked, chuckling. "Shut up!" Kim shouted, looking over at Zac and back at Wesley, feeling horrible still. Come on Zac! Knock this ass out! Kim yelled in her mind, bracing for it. Waiting to get the hell out of here...

"Alright, I won't. Your right, we have to do something... and your the only one with a plan," he replied when she asked him not to protest against her plan, A risky plan that relies almost all on me, but still a plan he silently added in his thoughts with a heavy sigh, hoping that he'd actually be able to pull this off. 'Your injured, I don't want you getting hurt any worse then you already are. I'll be fine, I'm always careful," he told in when he noticed her concerned tone when she'd said that he was the one who had to be careful. "Yeah, I hope so too..." he quietly agreed when she said that she hoped that the plan worked.
Zac sighed and nodded in agreement when Kim mentioned Morganson being smart and hoping that he didn't catch onto their plan, "Yeah... but we're smarter, afterall, we did almost catch him that one time in N--" he cut himself off mid-sentence and instantly regretted mentioning that time in New York when they nearly got Morganson but he'd stabbed Kim before getting away. Hell, he'd actually hadn't even really been thinking when he'd said that but already knew that it surely wouldn't help the situation, Stupid. Why did I just bring that up? Idiot. he silently cursed himself for bringing that up.
And then Wesley came in, and Zac knew that he had to focus himself to figure out how do get them out of this as safe as possible. And fast since the serial killer had a gun and didn't seem afraid to shoot. "Come on man, she's hurt and just wants to sit down on something that's now the cement floor," he continued, and being the good lier that he was, Wesley seemed to believe him. "Fine, but I'm not joking kid --make a move and your dead," Morganson threatened, pointing the gun at Zac again, chuckling and lowering the gun again, before walking over to Kim and examine the wound."I told you, I'm not going to do anything," he lied again, still pretending that he was surrendering... just until Wesley was to busy with Kim to notice him put the plan into action.
As much as he wanted to tell the bastard to just shut up and get the hell away from Kim, Zac knew that bringing the guys attention back to him to soon would for sure be deadly. Slowly and silently, grabbing the chair again, he carefully took a step forward before swinging the chair towards Morganson, only to have him notice the movement and quickly turn around, grabbed ahold of the chair and stopping it mid-air, "You idiot! Do you have some kind of death wish? Because if you do, I can easily grant it for you," he angrily said, yanking the chair out of Zac's grip and throwing it on the ground in front of Kim, the wooden chair breaking upon impact against the cement ground. Before turning back to Zac, slowly stalking across the room over to where the FBI agent was slowly backing away from him.
Shit. Nervously swallowing, Zac took a glance over Kim before returning his gaze back to the serial killer that was now standing right in front of him with the gun pointed at him. Please let this work... he silently prayed before quickly taking a step back and kicking the serial kicker in the stomach, causing Wesley to lose his grip on the gun when he painfully reached to cover his stomach, the gun skidding across the floor in the meantime. "You idiot!" he shouted before tackling the FBI agent to the ground. Feeling his body collide with the hard cement floor, Zac winced in pain before refocusing himself long enough to land a couple nice punches to the serial killer's face before Wesley managed to reach for the that had fallen to the floor before cocking the gun and aiming it at Zac's head, about to pull the trigger...
When Zac quickly brought his arm up to collide with Morganson's arm, causing his steady grip on the gun to weaver just as Wesley pulled the trigger, the bullet instead shooting into Zac's left shoulder instead of the killer's original target. To kill. Wesley sickly grinned slightly at the agent's painful scream. Breathing heavy, Zac knew that it was now or never since if he didn't refocus himself and finish this thing now, they would both surely die since the serial killer was now seriously pissed off. Unable to do much since Wesley had him pinned down, "Get off of me, you freak." he growled, bringing his knee up to collide with the killer's stomach and then punching him hard in the side of the face, making Wesley once again lose his grip on the gun as he fell sideways to the floor next to him.
Still breathing hard and in pain from the gunshot wound, Zac quickly grabbed the gun off the ground and stood up, putting his foot on Morganson's chest pretty hard to keep the killer from getting up just yet. "Tell me how we get out of this place. Or I'll shoot you." he growled, aiming the gun at Morganson who was laying on the ground, "I ain't tellin' you anything," Wesley grinned, "And if you where going to shoot me, Zac, you would have done it already -- back in New York when I stabbed your pretty friend. You could have shot me then, but you didn't and now we're here..." he said in a mocking tone of voice. "Shut up," Zac growled, before slamming the bottom of the gun into Morganson's temple, knocking the killer unconscious, "Game over,"

Kim looked at Zac, listening to him when he said they almost got him back in New York. She stayed silent right there but she wasn't mad at him for bringing him up. "Yeah, we almost had him in New York." She decided to finish for him. "You don't have to feel bad for bringing that up. It's alright..." She said, coughing a little, acting as if she wasn't affected by the memory but she was. Who wouldn't be? "Let's just hope he is a little careless and thinks we won't fight back. If he thinks that, then we'll catch him off guard." Kim said, with confidance. FBI Agents had a way with getting themselves out of tough situations and this will be one of those tough situations.
------------------------------
"Zac won't do anything. You'd think he'd be stupid enough to do something when he can get killed?" Kim asked, trying to convince Wesley, hoping to convince Wesley. She did not want Zac to get hurt...she wanted him to make it out alive and okay. She felt bad because he had to do most of the work and could get hurt, she almost wanted to call it off after re-thinking it but it wouldn't be a good idea...You can do it Zac... Kim thought, looking at Wesley.
"Does this hurt?" Wesley asked as he ran his hand across her wound, wiping any blood there was. "Ow!" She shouted, slapping his hand away. "Are you trying to hurt me even more!?" She asked, growling but she took a deep breathe, knowing she had to stay calm. "Don't hit me! Or I will make it hurt even more!" He shouted, growling to himself.
Come on Zac... Kim thought, closing her eyes and leaning her head back against the wall. She slowly opened her eyes and saw that Zac had put up the chair but she kept her focus on Wesley. "Do you even know what you're doing?" She asked, trying to keep his attention but it didn't work. Wesley had actually saw Zac and caught the chair in mid-air. Damnit! Kim yelled, glaring at Wesley. She quickly covered her face when he threw the chair right in front of her, hoping no pieces would hit her. Now worried more than ever for Zac, she looked up at them seeing Wesley walk over to Zac.
And then it happened...Zac kicked Wesley and they began to get into a brawl. Kicking and punching. Come on Zac! You can do it! Don't give up! Kim yelled, hoping Zac would come through his okay. But then, everything had turned, Wesley now had Zac pinned down and he actually pulled the trigger! He shot Zac in the shoulder! "Zac! Damn you Wesley!" Kim shouted wanting to go help him but she was pretty weak and hurt right now so she couldn't do much. Then Zac had kicked him off once again and got control of the gun! Kim smiled when she saw Zac standing over Wesley, pointing the gun at him.
Kim growled when she heard Wesley's comment about stabbing her in New York and Zac could have shot him then. She slowly walked up to him, glaring down at him. "He could have. But life always has it's way of not doing things for certain reasons. And this is one. Now instead of you being dead, you can rot in jail for all your life." Kim said with a smile, watching as Zac knocked him out with the barrel. Sighing, she looked down at her hand to see it covered in some blood. "Come on...let's go..." Kim said, walking to the door a little bit, almost losing her balance and stumbling but she caught the wall for balance.
Frowning, she looked over at him. "Are you alright?" She asked, reaching over to grab his hand so they could use eachother for support. She slowly opened the door only to find a small hallway. Looking to the left was another door and to the right was...the exit! Over the door it had the glowing red 'Exit' sign and Kim couldn't help but smile. Still holding onto Zac, they made their way towards the door and when they opened it, the sun shined in and it caused Kim to close her eyes a little because it was bright. "We're out!" She shouted, smiling. And then there was a beep. Reaching into her pocket she took out her cellphone and saw it had signal. "We have Signal Zac!" Kim happily shouted, before leaning back against the wall, suddenly feeling lightheaded.
-------------------------------
Back at the Lab, Michelle followed Ryan out of the room. "That's great! I hope they're alright!" Michelle said, as she followed Ryan out the lab and towards his hummer. She quickly got in and buckled, praying that they were alright. About 20 mins later, they arrived and saw a small warehouse with two people standing outside of it. One was a man and the other was a blonde girl. "Ryan! Look" She pointed, smiling. "I think that's them!" She shouted, unbuckling and getting out, looking as the ambulance and police cars arrived.
Kim was still leaning against the wall and smiled brightly when she saw a hummer, police cars and ambulances. "Ryan!" She called out, smiling, feeling a little bit dizzy. She had been losing some blood, and it was oozing out little by little. She waved over to them, and kept her eye on Ryan. Wanting and needing to see his face and feel his warmth.

Wesley's comment about what happened in New York had actually made Zac stop for a spilt second -- maybe if he hadn't wasted time and had finished Morganson off right then and there when he'd stabbed Kim in New York, none of this shit would have been happening right now and it also would have saved so many life's of the victims who Morganson killed after the incident in New York. But then Kim came over and started talking -- gotta love Kim's little speeches. "Death's to easy of an out for someone like you. Someone like you should have to spend the their rotting in a jail cell," he added, glaring at Morganson before knocking him out. Heh, they actually did it. They weren't going to die here and they also finally caught Wesley Morganson after all these years. "Yeah... let's get the hell out of here..." he agreed, gently reaching up to hold his now blood-covered shoulder that was burning in pain from the gunshot wound. "You okay?" he asked, letting go of his shoulder so that he could help Kim from falling when she grabbed the wall to catch her balance. He wasn't sure if it was the blood loss or the drugs that Morganson pumped into them was still lingering in their systems. Ether way, this sucked. "...Yeah, I'll live. Gunshot wound if a hell of a lot better then what would have happened to us..." he jokingly replied when she asked if he was alright. Using eachother for support, they carefully made their way though the building to the door with the growing red 'EXIT' sign above the door. They where out. They actually got out! Opening the door, the bright sunlight causing him to close his eyes for a moment before getting used to the bright light. Painfully leaning back against the outside wall of the building, relieved to be out of there... hopefully Morganson didn't wake up and get away before the police could arrest him. Morganson getting away would be just horrible -- they finally got the serial killer after all this time. Also hearing the beep, he looked over at her when he'd seen her take out her cell phone before announcing that it had a signal. The cement building must have been screwing with the signal earlier, "That's great!" he replied with a smile, about to tell her to try to call Ryan or the police again when he'd looked over at her and noticed how she suddenly looked lightheaded, "You alright? You'll be fine, we're going to call Ryan and he'll be here in no time..." he tried to reassure her, not bothering to mention that he wasn't feeling so great right now ether but right now Kim looked like she was in worse condition then he was so no need to worry her.
-------------------------------------
The A/V lab came though with a trace from Kim's cell phone call earlier that come back as the address to a old warehouse in Henderson, a town just outside of Las Vegas that thankfully wasn't that far of a drive. Of course Ryan had been driving a little bit over the speed limit, but right now? Screw the rules. He wanted to get to Kim and make sure that she was alright. He wasn't a real religious man, but he had silently prayed all the way there that Kim was going to be alright. Kimmy had to be alright.
That twenty minute drive, cut down to nearly fifteen due to his increased driving speed, was the longest fifteen minutes of his life -- not actually knowing if when they got there is Kim was going to be alright or not. Please be alright, Within a minute or finding the building and pulling into the parking lot, Ryan had noticed the two people standing outside the building and recognized right away that it was none other then Zac and Kim! Oh thank god Kim was alright. Parking the Hummer randomly in the parking lot just as the ambulance and police cars arrived.
Switching off the vehicle, he quickly got out and hurried over to where Kim was standing. "Kim," he smiled, relieved as he'd carefully pulled her into a hug, care since he'd noticed the blood on her and didn't want to hurt her, "I love you so much," he'd told her, pulling back to look at her for a moment, overjoyed that she was alright. She was his everything, he couldn't lose ever her.

Kim was breathing a little hard as she tried to keep conciousness. It was hard to focus on anything because of the pain she was feeling right now and it sucked. She felt like passing out but she had to stay awake and wait for the police to come because she knew she'd have to go to the hospital and she knew she couldn't refuse going because it seemed pretty bad. Both her and Zac would most likely have to go to get checked or worked on actually.
Leaning against the wall for support, she looked over to Zac with a small smile. "Thank you," She said, feeling as if he saved her because he did...he fought and he won. She didn't do anything and she felt bad for just standing around but she didn't want to make anything worse. She might have gotten in the way because she was pretty weak at that time. "I was afraid Wesley would have done something worse to you but...I'm glad he didn't." She said, smiling as she swallowed hard, putting her hand to her stomach again, wincing a little at the pain. She just hoped it would get better, but the pain and blood kept bringing up the memories of New York and she felt horrible how she never told Ryan about it.
Kim kept her eyes on the hummer, praying that Ryan was in there. That's when she saw Michelle get out so Ryan had to be in there! Then Ryan got out, and she smiled brightly. She gently pushed herself off the wall and slowly made her way over to Ryan, wanting to run but she really couldn't. "Ryan!" She called smiling as she watched him get closer.
Then he pulled her into a soft hug and her arms quickly wrapped around him, not softly but she held onto him tightly. She felt so safe and relieved to be in his arms and she didn't want to let go. She felt her eyes water as she held onto him. "I love you, Ryan." She said, her head leaning against his shoulder, crying a little. "I was so afraid..." She admitted. "I'm so glad you're here...I love you so much..." She said, holding onto him a little tighter. "Ow!" She suddenly shouted, feeling a really bad sharp pain go through her stomach. She moved from Ryan's grip and looked down at her stomach, seeing a bit more blood oozing out now. She looked up at Ryan...and she began seeing blurry. "Ryan..." She whispered before closing her eyes and losing her balance, right in front of Ryan.
"Get her on the stretcher! Hurry!" The paramedic shouted as they wheeled the stretcher over to her. The two paramedics slowly and gently put her on the stretcher and examined her wound. "Looks like she's lost alot of blood...and this wound...it doesn't seem new...it looks old." One said, looking down at it. "Let's get her to the hospital, right away!" He yelled as they wheeled her. One paramedic stayed behind and made his way to Zac. "You'll have to come with us to. We need to check out that wound of yours and get it fixed. Looks like the bullet is still inside," He said, grabbing onto his arm and helping him walk to the ambulance. "Mr. Duquette, are you coming to the hospital?" He asked, as he made his way to the ambulance.
"Ryan..?" A soft voice called as her hand lifted a little. Kim slowly opened her eyes and was seeing blurry again. "Where's...Ryan?" She asked, pretty weakly as she looked around, groaning in pain. Her eyes began to water and she closed them, laying there, just wanting Ryan to be with her right now. "Load em and let's go! We need to hurry!" A paramedic called loading both Kim and Zac in, ready to head for the hospital.
