Kaselia shook her head at the three kittens currently mewling at her. Why had they brought them, those two greenriders? They had risked their lives coming back here, though they had been smart enough to come during the day, so why had they deemed it important enough to bring a sack full of kittens to the Hold? Sometimes, she just did not get the logistics of others.

Keria, one of the drudges who worked in the Lower Caverns, had just gone outside to fold laundry when two muffled thumps resounded from above. She nearly screamed in fright as two greens landed, the same two that had been with Darth, but their riders were quick to leap off and muffled her cries. Instead of slitting her throat as she had expected the riders to do, they later introduced themselves as M'kiel and Ez'kiel, they handed her a sack. She expected it to be full of marks, but instead, it was soft and plush feeling and soft mews were coming from the bad.

Explaining quickly, they related how Ez'kiel's female Sheba had become pregnant. They had decided that after such horrendous events in the Hatching, that an apology and a gift was necessary. Thinking rapidly, it was decided that Sheba's kittens would be a good gift due to their rarity. They had kept one for themselves, a small tabby male who had been the runt of the litter, but had brought the other three as presents. They were to be given to the Wherwoman and she would be allowed to hand them out as she saw fit.

After they were done explaining, the identical twins swiftly remounted and were off, Tayloth and Erith carrying them back home through between.

Shaking her head at the gall of the two young men, the Wherwoman reached down to gently scratch the calico female's head, listening to her purr at the attention. They were ever so cute and it pained her to know that she wouldn't be allowed to have one because of all the work that needed to be done. Keeping tabs on the proddy-ness of the females whers, maintaining the state of Wher Hold, and making sure the drudges were working hard to name a few.

Still, hopefully some nice person would get these kittens and provide them with loving and pampering homes.
