Wings of Our Storm Rules & Regulations
Creating Your Character:
You must register in lower case using your character's name. Please either use the human or mustang template depending on what your character is. You may only have one character per account. Now, when it comes to creating your character, please do not make them a Mary Sue. Put some flaws into your character. Not everybody's parents are rich, that is why there are sponsors. Also, not everybody is a world champion show jumper. In fact, none will be. After all if they were the best then why would they need instruction? Each character (unless they are an instructor) may only bring up to two horses with them. Not everybody has been riding since before they could walk and if I see too many applications like that I will put a temporary ban on that. Every character must either have an avatar or signature. But do not hot link those images, host them on your own site. Also, use real humans or horses. I don't want to see any pink unicorns floating around. The campers at the camp are between the ages of twelve and nineteen. Anything older (or younger) than that would be a townie or counselor.
When it comes to horses some of these same rules apply, except they are slightly different of course. If you wish to start up your own "herd" and try and get other mustangs to join that herd, then your group title will be herd leader. I do not want to see a bunch of horses that were once owned by somebody, then abused and turned loose. Remember, this is a realistic game which means that horses can not talk! They may only use body language and different ranges of sounds to communicate.
Role playing:
Here at Wings Of Our Storm we are intermediate to advanced. Which means that the bare minimum that you may post is four hundred words. A paragraph is four sentences and up, please follow that. Role playing may only be done in the first or thrid person. Please do not god mod or have big eyes (your character knowing something about a person that they were not told about). Some of you may wish to role play things that are more mature. And I think we know what I'm talking about, put a mature rating on your thread. Swearing is allowed obviously but do not drop an F bomb every two seconds. Please spell check your role plays!
Competing:
There will be riding competitions on here. But they are decided by using a randomizer. Please do not complain excessively when you lose, otherwise you will be warned. Remember, in real life nobody can win all the time as nobody is perfect.
The Obvious Stuff:
I shouldn't need to tell you guys this stuff since it should be pretty obvious. Do not bug the staff and ask to be a moderator or something. No advertising by PM and absolutely no spamming. Do not fight with other members and overall, be nice.
Stealing:
Using anything that was made for a another character, or website that does not belong to you involves serious consequences. By signing up here, submitting your Character Application, and being involved, you're automatically agreeing that everything on your profile is yours. Coincedences between likes, dislikes, and the small stuff can be overlooked. Personalities, Histories, and RP Samples will not be tolerated if stolen.
Rules are subject to change and rule breaking may result in warning, suspension or banishment.
