Twin Falls, it's just a small little town where everybody knows everybody. Tourists simply pass by this town every day on their way to the big attractions elsewhere. It's home to one of the last few places where mustangs run free. Their manes fly like banners among the bright blue western sky; rearing on cliffs above valleys, surveying their domain. What these beautiful creatures do not know is that civilization has moved in around them and there is only a few hundred precious acres left among their once massive amount of land.

One would never believe that during the summer this place had the potential to be a hustling and bustling town. Of course, the locals haven't sped up any. It's the teenagers that are enrolled in Twin Falls Riding Camp: Wings of Our Storm that speed the town up and make it half crazed at times.
These students are the best teenage riders from around the country; perhaps the world. To get into this camp you must receive an invitation from the camp owner. The students stay at the camp in cabins but right away a person will notice that there are no fences. Students are given a time that they have to be in their cabin and that's it. The owner doesn't think that the kids can't get into any trouble by going into town or somewhere else. Well it shows just how naive he is doesn't it?

The mustangs are unaware of the teenagers being so close to their land. They just go on surviving and doing what they have done for years. Will civilization eventually close in around these beautiful creatures? Or will they be able to survive, running from the Wings of Our Storm?
