Nov 20 Stage 3 is now open! Be sure to read all the rules for the prizes carefully. Lith, Eido, and Saph will be handling it this week while I'm away. Nov 13 I fixed a few of the trophy images. Mysterious Magic is a slighty different hue. I also brought back Spooky Jack (so you can get that if you participated this year or last year (or both). There is also an image up for the CCW (Magic Mayhem) for the winners of that. {K}

Nov 13 New skin! Hey, check out this discussion for Skin-Tastic Members. Hey guys, it's almost time for Never-Ending threads sign-ups. Here's an idea, also... why not put your player awards, character awards, and defunct character awards in your post log? I'm volunteering for anyone who wants, I'll format your post log like mine with your trophies. EXAMPLE. {K}

getting started and multiple accounts

Register as the full name of your character. Please be original. Use capitalization and no symbols.
You may not play a direct relative of your character (parent, sibling, mate, or offspring). Grandchildren, cousins, and distant relatives are allowed.

Posting
posting requirements and prohibitions

Posts need to be thorough, creative, and free of grammar and spelling errors. There is no set 'length' as long as your post is comprehensive and descriptive. Be fair to others roleplaying in the thread. If they work to make a nice post, do the same. (Absolutely no one liner�s. Try to make your post a few paragraphs - ten sentences bare minimum.)
We prefer if you post in third-person (eg no "I was hunting a rabbit") and in past tense.
Do not use 'wolf-speak'. Many words like "fea" are not real words and are used incorrectly. Other words are overused, like "femme." Try to be original and or use traditional/normal words.
Do not post anything that will stretch the board. Tables may be no wider than 500px. Signatures no wider than 500px. A staff member has the right to remove any image from our board.

Terminology
beginners reference to common terms

IC: "In Character" refers to roleplay and characters. Similarly, Icly refers to actions/events done in character.
OOC: "Out of Character" refers to real life and players. Similarly, Oocly refers to actions/events done out of character.
P: "Private" a private thread is for a specific character/group. Don't join unless you're invited. Please pm someone if they're invited so they know to reply.
M: "Mature" is a thread that contains excessive sexuality, violence or content unsuitable for sensitive eyes. Read at your own risk.
AW: "All Welcome" a thread that anyone can join. Any thread that is not marked AW will be assumed to be private.
Leader: "Leader Needed" have the topic starter put this in the topic title/description to call an alpha or beta to your thread. Only used in pack territories.
NWZ: "No-Wolf-Zone" indicates a thread is taking place in the area within a region that is between two territories. The NWZ area is not claimed by any pack in the region. Remember to mark what territory you're in when starting a new thread.

Chatroom

Our Guest-Friendly chatroom is located in our announcements table. Just click the "Chat" icon to enter.
Members need to register as their character name (first name will do) so we can recognize you. Then you must post in the maintenance thread stating that you have registered and identifying your username.
You do not HAVE to register, but if you are impersonated and the imposter breaks the rules, you will still be punished. We don't want "but that wasn't really me" excuses. You've been warned about this and have been given a solution. We advise you to register and prevent these kinds of problems.
