• The purpose of the maintenance thread is to keep the board updated and free of errors. Members and guests can post here with questions or inform us of any errors (such as in the information topics, broken links, images, ect). Members can make use of this thread by helping the staff update ranks, archive/retrieve threads, and solve problems around the board. Please post below with any information that is needed (eg link to threads that need archived or the board where a thread needs to be returned to if it was archived by accident).

• If you were inactive or left the site and are returning as an active member, your account may have been deleted and your character removed from the ranks. If your account has been deleted your profile is still intact. Simply register with the same name and then post here letting us know that you've returned!

• If you dropped a character (but still have at least one active character), and need it reinstated, please see the Character Log.

• If you are going to be absent for more than five days, you can post here to let us know. This helps other members know that you aren't posting and helps the staff so your rank won't be demoted / your characters won't be deleted. Please remember, only post if you're going to be gone longer than five days (e.g. no "I'm gone for the weekend..." )

• Please leave a reason for your absence. Staff won't mind "I don't feel like roleplaying right now" or "just need a break for awhile". Everyone has real life issues and needs some time away. We just want to keep the board updated.

• You MUST leave a return date or you will not be added. Not being added to the absentee log could result in your account being deleted. If you are unsure of a return date, set the date one month ahead. If you need more time, you can return later and extend your absence.

• Both guests and members are welcome to join or visit our chatroom. You can find a link to it in our announcements table. Our new chatroom is located on deviantART and all members of deviantART are free to visit. If you do not have a deviantART account, board members are highly encouraged to register to be able to access the chatroom. If guests frequently cause problems, the chat will be removed.
