GLACIER PASS
The only sure way of getting from the north side of the Cobalt Mountains to the south side on foot, the Pass is both a dazzling and imposing place, a clear display of nature at work. Towering walls of ice keep this area chilly for most of the year, and walking on the glacier itself, which is a must if one can't fly, can be the last adventure one takes. The thick blanket of snow that covers the glacier often conceals hidden crevasses and ice caves.

COBALT VALLEY
Hidden between the mountains on the southern side of the range, it takes some climbing to get to this valley. Generally shadowy with the mountain surrounding it, the sun usually only gets in during the afternoon, when it’s high in the sky. But even with this defect, there are other elements that add some light to this area, giving it an almost mystical feel. Around the valley there are light blue mushrooms, growing in bunches that release a glow, the area also including plenty of fireflies in the spring and summer. Along with the cobalt colored grass, the valley is rather blue.

CLOVEN FIELDS
Due south of Cobalt valley, the fields progress down the foothills here. Unlike Cobalt valley to the north, this area is lacking blue, replacing the color with green. The grass is long and healthy, swaying in the wind, and if you look deeper into it, you’ll find many clovers, of all sizes and colors. There are also plenty of flowers, along with butterflies, and at night, the field is lit up with blue and green glowing mushrooms, and sometimes even fireflies that stray from Cobalt Valley.
