The Front Gate and Drive 1407 Greymalkin Lane. "Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters" is emblazoned in bronze on the famous front gate, your first stop at the Mansion. Also, the driveway, the courtyard and the front steps.
The Gardens and Greenhouse Plants! Lots of them! People with hayfever or have recently pissed off Storm should avoid here. There's also a very small "orchard" of about a dozen apple trees.
The Backyard A huge expanse that the word "backyard" seems insufficient. It has the pool, the baseball diamond, the tennis court, and impressive acreage of well landscaped lawn.
The Boathouse Actually more of a well furnished bungalow overlooking Breakstone Lake. There's a smaller actual boathouse next to it that has an actual boat (and jet skis, a canoe, etc).
