I fell terrible being the first one to leave an absence here, but...

I am having a nervous breakdown, thanks to everything going on at home. The medication is helping, but not fast enough.

I'm taking a week away from everything and going to stay with my mother, hopefully including the internet. I'm leaving in a few hours, and coming back on the evening of the 27th. I may be able to slip a post in here and there, depending on what me and my mother agree about me being online, but it doesn't look hopeful.

If I've left you waiting, I am so, so sorry. I've been gradually getting slower and more unreliable lately, I know that, and hopefully this will get me back to where I was at the beginning. I WILL make an effort to catch up in the week we'll have before turnover.

I'm on day three of a brutal sinus/tension headache combination. I'm in pain that even Percocet isn't helping. As a result, I'm cranky, irritable, and having a really damn hard time thinking straight (if you hadn't already figured out that last part from the state of my posts since Tuesday morning).

I'm hoping my head will clear as the cold front that hit us Tuesday moves out today. I'll try to catch up on all the posts I owe later today/this evening, but for now, I need to curl up and resist the urge to drive an ice pick through my right eye.

... good thing I don't own an ice pick.

Today is not made of win. Familly stuff, mixed in with the fact that I have like a week left to take care of all things before I move, has added up to BAD-stress. Posting is most likely not happening tonight. Sorry guys. I'll try tomorrow.

Apologies for being out of touch for the last couple of days. I'm back now, and getting on tags asap.

This weekend will be spotty. I'm going to FanEXPO in Toronto Saturday afternoon and Sunday, and I really don't know if there will be internet where I'm staying, so sorry if there's a delay in tagging.

I'm going to try and tag some time today - I know I didn't get around to it last night like I thought I would; sorry! - but I've got to get the house and yard cleaned up for my parents' return, pack, as well as find a way to get to my friend's place an hour away so that we can leave tomorrow. It's gonna be a fuuuun day.

This is weird considering I was the last person to post here, but alas, 'tis necessary.

So I'm gone for the next week. It's a very sad thing. I'll bring my laptop along in hopes of an internet connection, but alas, it really, really doesn't look promising. It's a hippie island, after all.

There shall be much tagging and high Kiden and such upon my return!

Been trying to tag all day but my brain's just not in it right now. Sorry to those I'm holding up, but I'm going to spend the rest of today tidying and try again tomorrow.

I'm going to be out of town tomorrow and tuesday. I've got some theater program/school things to take care of and then auditions on tuesday night. I don't know if I'm going to have time to get on my computer, let alone have any internet connection. I'll try, but it doesn't look very hopefully.

Send happy thoughts and well wishes my way! I'm going to need it for that audition. Highly competitive field this time around...and it's Shakespeare.

This has been one of those totally crazy days at school, and I am facing a stack of grading about as tall as the Empire State building. I will try my BEST to tag tonight, but I can't make any promises. I'm so sorry!

My apologies for lack of tag-ness; this weekend was incredibly busy. I'm completely bushed as it is right now, so I don't know how effective I'll be at tagging tonight; I'll give it a shot.

Might not be able to tag for the next few days due to RL dramaz; we'll see how that goes. Sorry to keep you guys waiting.

Today had some WTFERY and computer issues. Mostly, my wireless network went down for mysterious reasons, I had to reinstall XP on the kids computer. and other stuffs.

I hope to toss some tags up tonight.

In the morning, after the kids get on the bus, I have to go to Cleveland, to say my good byes, to Dad.

He's... dying. I will not be in any shape tomorrow to post. I dunno what's going on. Not yet. I;m sorry, and I'll try to keep everyone updated.

Okay, I'm good to post, but it'll be sporadic over the next few days as things get finalised with Dad's funeral arrangements and all that stuff. If you need me and I'm not around, I'll be checking periodically (this is my sane zen place) so, hopefully, you won't have to wait too long.

So, remember how I was supposed to be back today? That may not happen. My mom's in the hospital today, so I won't be around my house very much. Maybe later tonight I'll be able to get on post. Sorry to those I'm holding up.

RL= lame sometimes

Soooo I may have a week or two without internet in my house. Neighbour with whom I am currently sharing 'net is moving out on the 31st, taking the router with, and Rogers is booked until September 12. The rep said that he'd phone me back because it was highly likely that he could come in and get 'er done himself earlier; the system just had to acknowledge my appointment on the 12th.

Sooo what all that means is I have no idea when I'll be able to post Jono over the next two weeks, since I'll also be busy with RL orientation-week shenanigans and friends coming back to the city. I'll try to get to computer labs when I can!

Early warning heads-up: I'll be at Dragon*Con starting Friday afternoon; I can definitely tag Thursday, and possibly a little during the day Friday, and I AM taking my laptop (internet addict what?), but I also plan to party unbelievably hard. So you may not see me from Friday afternoon until Monday late.

Jen has blanket permission to NPC Rogue and Callie in R&R if needed , so as not to slow the thread. :)

Still not well, and I can now add to that the oddly uncomfortable feeling that I've missed stuff too.

I plan to be back on tomorrow for sure, since by then I'll hopefully have calmed down and mellowed out.

Also, I'd like to talk to Cat or Fuzzy before I start posting again. But tomorrow.

So, Today and Tomorrow are busy as hell, and this is the Weekend Before School Starts (Hallelujah) so I'm going to be kinda scarce. BUT, Monday I should be back and YAY TUESDAY. BACK TO SCHOOL = FREEEEEEEEDOM

Just got a last second out-of-towner dropped in my lap. Be back Sunday.

Stef and I are probably both out for tagging tonight. Neither of us are feeling particularly up to anything. Sorry.

Probably won't be posting tonight. Had a busy day, and now I'm feeling rather vegetable-like. No brain power for posting, I'm afraid.

I will try to post every day from now until when I leave (sept 12), but just to let you know, I've been very busy, so I'll only get to 2-4 tags a day, probably. Not all of you will get tagged every day, but none of you will get pushed aside for a week, either.

And for future reference: I'm going to be gone from September 12 to October 10, so, the majority of GD7. I'll be in Ireland and the UK. I'm not starting any GD7 threads and I'll be back for GD8, ready to go.

Sorry for the lack of aroundness the last couple of days. Crazy hit the fan here. Mom is still in the hospital (and not very happy about it). I'm in the process of moving back to school. And then there is work. Today's my last day of work and tomorrow morning is my last bit of moving in. Things might actually be somewhat settled down by tomorrow afternoon or so. Yay! I'll be back to consistently posting daily and all that by then.
