Low-down
Welcome To Spenser Academy. Located in the heart of the small town of Ipswich, Massachusetts. Here in the academy, you will find your usual drama, sex scandals, local parties, and the horrible fights. All’s not what it seems when you take a closer look. If you haven't heard the myth then you better get your history books out because what you will encounter will be something beyond compare. Something that will chill you to the bone and change the way you look at life.

Southwood Park

Downtown Ipswich
This small stretch of boutiques and cafes is fairly low-key. It retains some of the small-town charm left over from its Puritan days.

Colonial Estates
Home to most of the residents of the town of Ipswich, the Colonial Estates is one of the more historical locations in town. Most of the homes where date back before the nineteenth century and have been in the possession of families for generations. Mostly, it's known to the students for the awesome parties thrown there on the weekends.

The Beach
It's not exactly the ideal place to go swimming but there are some that even risk surfing, out there. The beach is far from the white sand paradise of Miami, though it's still rather romantic and a nice place to go. The black stones that litter the shoreline sparkle in the sunset and it's a lovely place to hide away and think.
